At Bach's Baubles, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Return or exchange your purchase by mail, up to 30 days after your purchase was shipped.

  • Box your item(s) up securely, in/with the original packaging if possible.

  • Please include any gift with purchases that may have been shipped in your package, otherwise fees may apply.

  • Include your packing slip or original receipt with your return.

  • Please let us know the reason for your return on your packing slip or your receipt.  Your satisfaction is important to us. 

  • Engraved or personalized merchandise is non-refundable.

  • If everything looks good with your return, we will credit your original payment method, excluding original shipping & handling.

  • Payment will be refunded within 1 week of receipt of return.
